Your account
An account belongs to one shop. The owner is responsible for the users they authorise and for keeping sign-in details and PINs private.
Wallet and sales
Sales are funded from your wallet balance. You buy at the wholesale price and sell at face value, keeping the difference. A sale that does not complete at the supplier is not charged to your wallet.
Availability
Vending depends on network and utility suppliers. We cannot guarantee that every product is available at every moment, and we do not accept liability for a supplier outage beyond reversing an uncompleted sale.
Acceptable use
LoadPoint may not be used for fraudulent transactions, resale outside South Africa, or any activity that breaches the terms of a network or utility supplier.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the current version.
