What we collect
Shop details and the name and sign-in details of each authorised user. For each sale we record the product, amount, time and the recipient number or meter number entered.
Why we keep it
Sale records exist so a transaction can be traced, a token re-issued and a shift reconciled. Recipient numbers are used for that purpose only — never for marketing — and are shown masked in lists.
Who can see it
Only the authorised users on your shop account, and the suppliers who must receive the recipient number to deliver the product.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what information we hold about your shop, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where we are not required to keep the record for financial or legal reasons.
Security
Access is restricted to your own shop account, users sign in with their own PIN, and records are stored with access rules enforced on the server.
